WeMerge Magazine reserves the right to have a customer service representative verify any orders over the $100 amount. This verification will occur over email from email@example.com.
6% sales tax is charged on all orders being shipped to Florida.
Ordering by Phone

Ordering by Mail
Please write out your order on a piece of paper and include the following:
- The shipping and billing names and addresses
- Contact info (email address and/or phone number, including area code and country code if applicable)
- Order total including:
6% sales tax (if the order is being shipped to Florida),
and shipping (please call: +1 (954) 921-5483 for a shipping estimate)
- We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards for mailed in orders. If you send your credit card number, please include the expiration date and 3 digit CVC code on the back.
The First Issue In Your Subscription
Domestic subscriptions take 10-12 weeks to start and International subscriptions take 12-14 weeks to start. If you would like to know what the first issue in your subscription will be please call us at: +1 (954) 921-5483 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Subscriptions are via the US Postal Service; no tracking is available for subscriptions.
Renewals – Missing An Issue
You will receive renewal notices when your subscription is about to expire. Three of these will be sent to the address on file. To ensure there is no gap in the subscription, please remit payment along with the first renewal notice. You can either send a check or money order along with the form, or you can renew online by credit card. Please be sure to enter the old address information online exactly as it is shown on the new address label when renewing online.
Changing Your Subscription Address
Please email your old and new address to email@example.com as soon as you learn what your new address will be. This needs to be done 8 weeks in advance in order for you to not miss any issues in the meantime. Please be sure to have your magazines forwarded through the US Postal Service.

Returns, Back Orders, & Clothing Colors
We will exchange or refund any item still in resellable condition within 30 days, but please note: free subscription items such as t-shirts and DVDs cannot be returned for exchange.
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Please call for details. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Credit card refunds will take approximately 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return. Refunds for items paid for by check will take between 3-5 weeks.
Back Orders And Discontinued Items
Due to high demand, an item size or color may be out of stock by the time your order is received by our shipping department. If this happens, we will contact you via email to find out if you prefer to replace the item or cancel it from the order.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Shipping Options And Transit Time
Domestic – please allow 7 business days for orders to be shipped out
- USPS (no tracking information) – 1-7 business days to most locations, from the day it is shipped
- UPS (with tracking information -domestic only) – 1-10 business days to most locations, from the day it is shipped
International – USPS (no tracking information – please allow 14 business days for orders to be shipped out + 2-6 weeks delivery time

Order Status And Tracking
Tracking Your Order
If you have chosen UPS as a shipping option, a tracking number will be generated once your order has shipped. UPS will send you an email to the email address submitted with your order. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 days of your order, please check your SPAM folder, as tracking emails have been directed there. If you still can not find the email, please call us at: +1 (954) 921-5483 and we can retrieve the tracking information for you.
Product Order Status
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. There is currently no way to check your order status through the web store. Your invoice number is not a UPS tracking number.
